Description
MIST-PRO’s mist nozzles attach with a compression fitting. Why?
- Thread attachment would require an an o-ring in order to function properly without leaking, and there is no place to put an o-ring.
- The threads would be small and weak. If over-tightened, they would strip easily. If under-tightened, they would spin off with leaf blower power,
Therefore, at this time, we feel the compression fitting is the best way to go. The mist nozzles need a firm push/squeeze onto the 90 degree compression elbow.
